national day celebrations
Friday, August 11, 2006

hi every1, surprised to see this blog?? yup.. it's me... the one and only.. mdm heng.. FT of 3e1...

well well... wat a day we had on wed... 1st the class tshirt issue... then our shining red dot... of coz... fortunately we came in 1st!! yeah yeah!! *clap clap*

seriously.. i got a shock when i saw every1 in the black class tshirt... speechless in fact.. but i din wanna spoil every1's mood... so din make a big fuss abt it.. not sure if wat i did was rite as a tcher... but i wanted every1 to feel happy and united as a class... of coz.. as expected... there's bound to be complaints and comments made by others... the class got it... fr a tcher... there cld be more to come.. i dunno how the class feels.. but i juz wan d class to understand y it is actually a big matter... to wear red is to symbolise the love n loyalty for the nation... as it is... nobody sings the anthem loudly nowadays... no matter how many x i remind the class... it's still the same.. at d very least.. wear red for the celebrations!! d class tshirt can be worn on many other occasions.. but for national day celebrations.. we shld hv conformed to wat d sch stated... strongly encouraged to wear red = must wear red.

the shining red dot skit was funny!! d whole sch laughed during the world war II scene.. esp when the "pretty lady" got raped.. haha.. i enjoyed it so much!!! it was hilarious! i'm so very happy to see the class united as 1... able to put aside own ideas and collaborate as a class... gd job every1!!!

here're some photos i took usin my hp cam during the rehearsals... the actual day pics... must bug mr lee for them... *hee hee*

oh ya!! one more thing... i love the ndp!!!!!!!!!!! the parade was fantastic!!! watching all the people in uniforms... makes me so proud as a SINGAPOREAN!!!!! love the fireworks too!!!!
